I initially sent an email on a Wednesday night at 8:45p.m. not expecting to hear from someone until the next morning regarding an oil change and a check engine light staying on on a Hummer. Martin not only responded via text and explained he could get me in at 9 a.m. and out before the time I requested. This is great customer service.
